Account

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, and a password. Tick the age and terms confirmation boxes, then hit the register button. You will receive a verification code via SMS or email — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes about two minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Okolay, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification may be required during the KYC process. Underage accounts will be suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

No. Each player is allowed only one account. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in permanent suspension and loss of winnings. If you think you may have an old account, use the password reset flow or contact support before creating a new one.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your contact details there. For security reasons, a verification step is required when changing your registered email or mobile number. Keep your registered number active — it is used for SMS security codes.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. Okolay requires identity verification to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and to protect players from fraud. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (UMID, PhilHealth, Driver's License, Passport, or SSS card) and a selfie. KYC is typically required before your first large withdrawal.

Payments

Okolay supports all major Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. GCash and Maya deposits are usually credited to your Okolay wallet within a few seconds to two minutes. If it takes longer than ten minutes, check your GCash or Maya transaction history first to confirm the payment went through. If it did and still has not reflected in Okolay, contact support with your reference number.

Log in, go to the cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to a few hours depending on the bank. Ensure your account has passed KYC before requesting large withdrawals.

Okolay does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank) may apply their own transaction fees for certain transfer types. Check your GCash, Maya, or bank's fee schedule for details. Okolay absorbs processing costs for all supported PH payment methods.

First, confirm the payment was successful in your GCash or bank app — check for a transaction reference number. If the payment went through but your Okolay balance has not updated after 15 minutes, contact Okolay support and provide the reference number and the exact amount. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the issue is resolved to avoid duplicate charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

New Okolay members receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to your wallet once your deposit clears — no promo code needed. Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming. From there, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Philippine Peso (₱). Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect right away; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
