Okolay Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Okolay platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything written here.

You Must Be 21 or Older

Okolay is strictly for players who are at least 21 years of age. No exceptions. Your account will be suspended if we cannot verify your age, and any winnings may be forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account on Okolay. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Bonuses Come With Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on Okolay are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Withdraw to Your Own Account Only

Withdrawals from Okolay must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted and will be declined.

Fraudulent Activity Leads to Account Closure

Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical errors, use multiple accounts, or commit fraud will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Terms May Be Updated

Okolay may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes.

These Terms set out the rules for using Okolay – what you can do, what we can do, how bonuses work, how disputes are handled, and what happens if something goes wrong. They protect both you as a player and us as the platform operator. When you know the rules, you're in a better position to make informed decisions and enjoy Okolay without surprises.

01 Eligibility

To register and use Okolay, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You are a resident of or currently located in the Philippines.
  • You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by Okolay or any affiliated gaming body.
  • You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an Okolay employee or partner in a role related to gaming operations.
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Okolay reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or identity, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

02 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on Okolay. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is a violation of these Terms. If Okolay identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your contact information changes, update it in your account settings or notify support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Okolay will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our regulatory obligations and commitment to responsible gaming, Okolay conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any stage:

  • Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or similar).
  • Proof of Age: Any government-issued document showing your date of birth.
  • Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation from your GCash, Maya, or bank account showing it is registered in your name.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may be held pending verification completion. Okolay will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts where verification has been requested but not fulfilled.

Note: If documents submitted during verification do not match the account registration details, or if fraudulent documents are provided, the account will be permanently suspended and any balance forfeited.

04 Deposits

Okolay accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your Okolay balance instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer and InstaPay deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Okolay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the funds may be held or returned and the deposit declined.

Okolay does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently. Check with GCash, Maya, or your bank for their applicable fees.

05 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days.

You may only withdraw to a payment method that is:

  • Registered in your own legal name.
  • The same method used to fund your account (where applicable).
  • Associated with a verified Okolay account.

Withdrawal requests submitted after 10:00 PM Philippine time may be processed the following morning. Okolay does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawals, though we aim to process the large majority within a few hours during active hours.

If your account has an active bonus balance, note that only the cash portion of your balance may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6 before they become withdrawable.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Okolay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion as well as these general bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Qualifying Bets: Not all bet types count equally toward wagering requirements. Certain low-odds bets or specific game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Promotion terms will specify which bets qualify and at what rate.

Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused or expired bonus funds are removed from your balance automatically.

One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Good to Know: If you do not want to receive a bonus on your deposit, you can opt out before claiming. Okolay will never apply a bonus to your deposit without your explicit action to claim it. If you have questions about a bonus, contact support before accepting it.

Okolay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given where possible. Misuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once – will result in disqualification and may lead to permanent account suspension.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Okolay are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules apply additionally and are available in the relevant betting section of the platform.

  • Bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. Once a bet is accepted by the Okolay system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is offered for that specific market.
  • The minimum single bet is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.
  • Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply to your bet.
  • If a match or event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, pre-match bets typically remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are void and stakes returned.
  • If a match is abandoned and no official result is declared, all pre-match bets are void and stakes refunded. Bets on markets that were fully determined before abandonment may be settled normally.
  • In the event of a technical error in odds (e.g., clearly incorrect odds published due to a system error), Okolay reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
  • Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay. If any selection is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining valid selections at adjusted combined odds.

08 Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting allows players to place bets on events that are already in progress. Okolay's live betting platform updates odds in near real time as match events occur. By using live betting on Okolay, you acknowledge the following:

  • Live odds change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment you initiate a bet selection may differ from the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed, due to the time taken to process the request.
  • Okolay may suspend live betting on specific markets at any time without prior notice – for example, when a goal is scored, a red card is shown, or a penalty is awarded.
  • Network delays between the live event and the Okolay platform mean that events may occur before the live odds reflect them. Bets placed after a market-defining event but before the odds update may be void at Okolay's discretion.
  • Bets confirmed during a live market suspension are void and stakes are refunded.

09 Casino Games and Virtual Sports

All casino games on Okolay – including live casino, Color Game, and slot games – use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer providers. Game outcomes are not predetermined and are not influenced by previous outcomes or player history.

Virtual Sports events are computer-generated and use certified RNG for all outcomes. The results of virtual events bear no relation to real-world sporting events occurring at the same time.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are displayed within each game. Placing bets above the stated maximum is not permitted; any such bets may be voided and the excess amount returned to your balance.

In the event of a game malfunction – whether due to a technical fault on Okolay's side or a third-party game provider – affected game rounds may be voided and bets returned. Malfunctions void all related pays and plays, per standard gaming industry rules.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Okolay and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform for financial gain.
  • Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged information not available to the general public.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-type games.
  • Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
  • Attempting to launder money or use Okolay for any illegal financial activity.
  • Bonus abuse – including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (bonus hunting), or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or IP restrictions.
Warning: Okolay actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns. If prohibited conduct is detected, the account will be suspended without prior notice. All outstanding balances – including deposits not yet wagered – may be withheld pending investigation.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Okolay may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
  • A request by the account holder to close their account voluntarily.
  • A player self-exclusion request submitted through Okolay's responsible gaming tools.
  • Regulatory requirements or a direction from a competent authority.
  • Inactivity: accounts with no log-in activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Okolay will attempt to contact the account holder before any action is taken on dormant accounts.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation under investigation, any balance in the account will be held pending the outcome. If no violation is found, the balance will be released. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

To close your account voluntarily, contact the Okolay support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 24 hours. Your cash balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed.

12 Responsible Gaming

Okolay is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity, including:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
  • Session duration reminders.
  • Temporary and permanent self-exclusion options.
  • Referrals to professional support for problem gambling.

To access these tools, visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team. Any self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to register a new account on Okolay during the exclusion period.

Okolay strictly prohibits gambling by players under the age of 21. If you believe someone underage is using Okolay, please report it to our support team immediately.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

Okolay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements and our operational obligations as a licensed gaming operator.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Okolay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last modified" date. For material changes – those that significantly affect player rights or obligations – Okolay will provide advance notice via email or an in-platform notification, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of Okolay after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a player and Okolay, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Please allow five business days for our team to investigate and respond before escalating.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines, unless the player elects to pursue remedies through small claims court for claims within the applicable jurisdictional limit.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
